To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Factory Dev Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, career opportunities, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Upon termination, you may request a copy of your career data in a portable format.
